<p><!--block-->Ms. Lanaya joined KinderCare in 2010. Since then she has worked mostly with Infants and Toddlers but has worked with all age groups Infants through School Age. She was the Lead Toddler Teacher for four years. Ms. Lanaya was trained to be the Health and Safety Coordinator in 2013 and shortly after became the Program Specialist for the Infant through Discovery Preschool classrooms. She enjoys working at KinderCare because of the entire staff. It is a professional group that works together for the benefit of the children who attend our school. In particular Ms. Lanaya enjoys working at KinderCare because of the curriculum. She has completed Early Childhood Education courses at Portland Community College and is currently enrolled to complete her Child Development Associate's Credential with Rasmussen University.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Liz's favorite part of teaching is when you see the student put two and two together and you can see the light bulb go off in their eyes. Children love being in her classroom because even when it’s a group setting, she likes to make sure each child gets one on one time with her.</p>

The development and growth of children, which occurs while teaching is what inspires her curiosity. Children love being in her classroom because she enjoys having fun and laughing.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Olga's favorite part of teaching is spending time with the children and doing the activities with them. Traveling, books, friendships, and the sea inspire her curiosity. Children love being in her classroom because they make new crafts and learn together.</p>
